Sports Massage is similar to Deep Tissue and involves the use of kneading and gliding movements using thumbs, fingers and forearms, circular pressure of hand and fingers and static pressure with elbows and stretching, using techniques such as Muscle Energy Techniques and Soft Tissue Release.

The main benefit of Sports Massage is that it improves muscle flexibility, blood circulation and reduces swelling, aids the prevention of sports injuries and assists the body with recovery and repair after sports injuries have been sustained.

Sports Massage is not just for sports professionals but also if you work out in a gym or are involved in some kind of sport or physical activity such as dance or yoga.
