What is CBT?

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is a form of talking treatment designed to take a closer look into the way we think and behave. By breaking down our thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions into smaller and more manageable pieces, we can change negative patterns by developing simple coping strategies for daily life.

CBT has been proven to help many people with a variety of mental health conditions. However, we are all different and what may work for one person might not work for another. As such, I work collaboratively to ensure that the therapy you receive continues to meet your needs and show progress. If you have any questions or queries, please feel free to send me an email and I am more than happy to discuss further options with you to determine the best way forward.
